We are looking for a Rockstar Shift Lead in the evenings that can help our management team run a smooth and efficient store. We need someone that has a great Sense of Urgency that can quickly get our awesome subs to our customer while ensuring order accuracy and quality. This is a front line job and we like to have fun with our customers so this job will be for someone who enjoys talking with customers. Must be 18 for this position
Must have your own vehicle (Not shared)
Be friendly, positive, energetic and have a great Sense of Urgency
Must be able to lead very busy and sometimes hectic rushes and catering orders
Working Friday night is a must. Must also be able to work at least one weekend night each week. It will rotate from Saturday to Sunday depending on our need for the week. You will usually have 1 weekend night off every week

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations during your shift
Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership role within a restaurant or fast-casual environment.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with restaurant management systems, including POS systems.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
