Operate tools and equipment as needed (training provided).
Follow safety guidelines and ensure the job site is secure.
Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
No prior experience required – we provide training!
Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in construction, carpentry, or related fields.
Knowledge of using hand and power tools.
A valid driver’s license.
