Schedule: Part-time shifts only (6:00am to 12:00pm)
Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hours, with monetary incentives and paid every Fridays.
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across multiple floors of our facility. If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and enjoy hands-on work, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep and mop floors on the first and second levels.
Vacuum the 2.5 floor and maintain general cleanliness.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuums and floor scrubbers.
Adhere to safety guidelines, cleaning protocols, and company policies.
Identify and report maintenance issues or areas needing special attention.
Address spills and minor maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Adapt to changing tasks and work environments as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Physically able to perform demanding cleaning tasks.
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable and self-motivate.
