Requirements:
-Must have all painting tools (Rollers, Brushes, Grates, Buckets, Etc.) We provide paint, tape, plastic, & caulk.
-Ability to walk stairs and have previous experience in painting.
-Must be drug and alcohol-free.
-1099 Position: Independent contractor role.
-Crews of 2 or More
Compensation:
Paid per bedroom and common area.
Pay schedule: Work Monday-Sunday, get paid the following Friday.
Painting Duties:
Make-Ready Paint: Paint up to 75% of the walls, with some units needing less. This is not a full paint job, so it’s quicker than you might expect!
Trim and Doors: Touch up as needed.
