willing to pay a thousand dollars to have a responsible person to come work in a ceiling and part of a roof, (only about 5 feet high), and repair the damage where rain water has been coming in. mold in the ceiling will have to be removed and replaced, and new shingles and tiles need to be replaced on the roof. work isn't hard, just tedious. I supply all the materials and will be there to help you, but this is something that needs to be finished. will pay in cash after the work is completed, and NOT before. just be a hard worker and reliable, and not the other lazy trash i've tried to hire off of craigslist. thank you
