About Us:
We are a growing mobile home park community dedicated to providing affordable housing in a safe and welcoming environment. We are seeking an energetic, organized, and motivated Mobile Home Park Manager to join our team. This is an entry-level position, but prior management or customer service experience is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
-Answer phone calls from prospective and current residents
-Show available homes and handle sales process
-Complete all lease and sales paperwork
-Oversee vendors and park maintenance
-Manage work orders and make sure they are completed
-Handle resident complaints and concerns
-Enforce park rules and issue violations when needed
-Work with attorneys on evictions and other legal matters
-Collect rent and handle collections when necessary
-Keep accurate records and paperwork up to date
What We’re Looking For:
-Friendly, organized, and dependable
-Comfortable talking with residents, vendors, and attorneys
-Able to stay on top of multiple tasks
-Basic computer skills for record-keeping and paperwork
-Previous management experience is helpful, but not required
Schedule & Pay:
-Full-time, 1099 contract position
-Pay based on experience
-Pay Bi-Weekly
