We are currently seeking someone to develop business primarily with Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents. In general, the A.E. is to recruit active loan officers and real estate agents into our Referral Exchange Network. (free to register).
Network members refer their turn downs to us to receive help in becoming "loan ready". Our Home Ownership Program is second to none and much needed in this niche market. We offer financial guidance, education and assistance to help these borrowers qualify for home loan financing. We are NOT a credit repair organization as defined by CROA. See our "Dare to Compare". After these borrowers successfully complete the program, they are returned to the referring loan officer to close. If people are in a "rush" to get housing sooner, then we can help them find a rent to own home until they are loan ready and able to convert it into a purchase.
We offer special incentives to our network members: 1) They can earn referrals by remaining active and sending us customers. 2) They can earn referrals by getting other co-workers to join our network. 3) They will have access to an optional affiliate program (Respa Compliant) to receive compensation. 4) If they are unhappy with their business volume, they will have access to an advertising program to help them develop more business.
This is a commission-based position. An A.E. is expected to register at least 5 network members per week. Active network members would bring in business to generate commissions. General Income Expectations: 1st Quarter - $750 weekly. 2nd Quarter - $1000 weekly. 3rd Quarter - $1,500 weekly. 4th Quarter - $2,000 weekly. Note: These are average expectations. They can be higher or lower based on A.E. performance.
Seeking Candidates:
1) Must have a solid self-starter work ethic;
2) Be Professional;
3) Follow directives;
4) Professional Dress Required (for meetings in person);
5) Must have a background in lending or real estate;
6) Must communicate weekly production/progress to Management;
7) Can work in office and/or out of home;
