Our property is a student living community owned by PHILLIPS Management and values dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work through challenges that arise during the year. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing and event planning skills and learn more about the Student Housing industry. The ideal candidate will be one that is seeking experience in marketing and wants to grow their career in property management.
Brief Description: Community Ambassadors are outgoing, dynamic individuals with exceptional communication skills. Community Ambassadors are self motivated individuals who will be responsible for engaging with residents and prospects daily in order to promote the property in the area, on campus, at events, and on social media to help achieve sales goal. This is a part time sales position that is flexible with academic schedules with an immediate need.

Desired Skills and Experience
People
Develop relationships with residents, Guarantors, Leads, and university officials and university organizations.
Sales & Marketing
Help develop, implement, and continually evaluate a unique marketing plan for the property with the assistance of the marketing department and on-site team.
Supervise and hold team accountable for meeting leasing goals through oversight and execution of marketing plan.
Create connections and have a thorough understanding of the market.
Capture prospects, give tour, and close out leases to meet monthly leasing goals.
Customer Service
Maintain a satisfactory resolution on resident complaints.
Work with the teams to develop plans to increase resident retention and achieve targeted resident retention.
Operations
Continuously evaluate and communicate suggestions for improving site operations and participate in the discussion and decision-making process of enacting positive change.
Assist in the submission of work orders.
Ensure integrity of Entrata data by managing proper recording of contracts, posting items, and accuracy of reports.
Help GM with vendor relations, expectations, and evaluations.
Ensure daily site inspections are completed and all issues addressed.
Participate in property inspections, quarterly, move-in and move-out
Financial
Assist with delinquency and timely rent collection, follow up daily with delinquent residents, file legal proceedings, and be pleasantly persistent throughout the collections process.
Education
Experience in a leadership or sales role
High School Diploma, Pursuit of or Completed Bachelor's Degree preferred
Very comfortable with Apple & Google Chrome Operating Systems
Demonstrated Leadership ability and proven track record of success
