We have updated equipment and if anything is broken we call for service immediately and is fixed quickly.
We have updated tools that make you more efficient (transmission jack, 2 a/c machines, 2 trans exchange machines, etc).
We don't expect you to have all the tools, we have house tools and we provide $100 a month for your own personal tool purchases that you may need.
We have a Snap On Scan tool in every bay and they are updated every month with the most current software update information and vehicles.
We have a very clean shop
We have an organized shop and tool storage
We provide $100 every 6 months for new shoes
We provide $100 every month for new tool purchases for every mechanic
We pay for all your training and certifications
We close the shop early one day every quarter and take the team to do a fun event and dinner to say thank you
We have guidelines and procedures to follow, however employees can request a change to those at our morning huddles and often the change can be initiated the same day.
Come work with Steven our ASE Master Technician and recently voted City's Best Mechanic. Steven's passion in life is to teach others and to work together for the common goal. Our Service Advisor Chris is an experience Service Manager and can also help you reach your financial goals.
In addition, our owner Danny is an ASE Master Mechanic and has been a mechanic and he understands the position well and the obstacles you have and he works hard to remove those obstacles.
