Small Engine Mechanic
We are currently seeking a Small Engine Mechanic to become a part of our service department! You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul any small engine units such as chainsaws, weed eaters, push mowers, and riding mowers. Must bring your own tools.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair small engines
Look up parts
Perform routine tune-ups and preventative maintenance
Inspect and test for necessary adjustments
Operate service vehicles for on-site and off-site repairs
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a mechanic for small engine repairs or other related fields
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must bring your own tools (special tools will be available for use)
Self-starter and motivated individual
Some Saturdays will be required, occasional overtime should be expected. Competitive wages with great benefit package including paid health insurance, vacation pay, overtime pay, and 401(k). Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
