Diamond R Equipment is hiring an experienced Mechanic / Technician to join our team in Freeburg & Higginsville, Missouri.
We’re a locally owned dealership specializing in tractors, mowers, and agricultural equipment serving farmers, landowners, and contractors across Missouri.

Job Responsibilities:
-Diagnose, repair, and service tractors, mowers, and heavy-duty farm/construction equipment
-Perform oil changes, hydraulic work, and engine repairs
-Assemble and prep new equipment for delivery
-Maintain a clean, organized workspace
-Communicate clearly with service manager
Requirements:
Experience with small engine, diesel, or hydraulic systems
Basic tools and mechanical knowledge
Reliable transportation and work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors as needed
(Certifications and dealership experience are a plus but not required, we’re willing to train the right candidate!)
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
