Hardhat Workforce Solutions is looking to hire out in your area to assist on a Solar Project.
Responsibilities Include:
· Assembling PV racking and installing PV modules
· Loading and unloading equipment
· Loading or unloading Solar panels
· Assisting in the building or construction of various things
· Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training
· Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
· General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris
· Responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts
· Can be assigned to Photovoltaic (PV) Crews, PV support crews, PV Installer, QAQC
· Performs other duties as required
· Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements:
· There is no minimal educational or job experience requirement.
· Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position; Some solar experience is required
· Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effective with management/supervision.
· Knowledge of the safe and efficient use of tools and equipment such as, power, and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggy’s
· Be able to work out in all-weather/site conditions.
· Observe and comply with all safety and project rules
· Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
