Position: Audit and Accounts ManagerJob Duties:
- Manage and oversee the audit and accounting functions within the organization
- Coordinate, plan and execute operational and financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Identify areas of risk, potential fraud, or non-compliance and take appropriate corrective action
- Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Investigate and determine causes and irregularities
- Provide recommendations
- Leverage technology to automate routine tasks and enhance data analytics
- Maintain detailed documentations and report to management.Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting
- Two years of relevant experience in the field
- Familiar with technological tools for automation and data analyticsApplication Process:
