Position Purpose:Develop, edit and distribute Macros utilizing Macro Express software. Run, analyze, and review batch reports for macro processing to ensure accuracy of claims data.Run, analyze, and review batch reports, including validating eligibility for macro processing, to ensure accuracy of claims data upon project completion
Review, investigate, adjust and resolve claims, claims appeals, inquiries, and inaccuracies in payment of claims
Review and resolve pending claims
Maintain appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
Create/maintain trend analysis reports
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining appropriate turnaround time and quality levels
Support claims analysts with macro-related questions/issues
Education/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of claims related or medical billing experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
