Perform hardware refreshes (primarily Cisco routers, switches, firewalls)
Implement Remote Access VPN solutions, S2S VPN, GRE, and DMVPN
Configure firewall access requests
Complete routing changes
Create and maintain diagrams and documentation
Work ticket requests
Provide On-Shift outage escalation support from our NOC
Participate in On-Call Support coverage (on call for one week at a time, alternating through primary/backup roles approximately every 12 weeks)
Qualifications:CCNP and above preferred, or equivalent experience
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
Advanced Troubleshooting & Configuration Experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), firewalls, VPN technology, NAT
Should be well versed in route redistribution
Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches, Cisco ASA, Cisco AnyConnect, Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC
Familiar with VRF configurations
SD-WAN and ACI experience highly valued
