Local candidates needed!Required Experience:
3-5 years' experience, in Business Analyst capacity
Familiar with Project Management principles
Familiar with SDLC Processes and milestones
Working knowledge of Microsoft ProjectPreferred Skills:
2-3 years' experience with Eligibility Systems (Medicaid, SNAP, TANF) or other relevant projects highly preferred
Experience in Healthcare IT and State Government projects highly preferred
Agile experience preferredRequired Skills:
Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
Excellent communications skills to communicate technical information in an audience-friendly manner
Proven ability to build and cultivate business relationships
Possess superior writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and creatively
Possess outstanding organization, prioritization and time management skills
Possess exemplary consultative and customer service skills
Ability to work well with others, perform under pressure, and meet expected deadlinesWe are looking for a hard-working and committed Business Analyst to bring their professional experience and talent to a Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO is part of a large project that is implementing and maintaining a state eligibility system. This person will be a contributor to a large team and assist in managing an important piece of the project.Essential Duties:
Attend weekly meetings to update project progress using appropriate tools
