Position: Dynamics 365 CRM Business AnalystLocation: Jefferson, MO (Onsite)Duration: Long Term Experience: Minimum 5 Years of CRM (Sales/Customer Insights (Marketing)) product experience required Job Description:We are seeking an experienced CRM Business Analyst to support the migration of a large-scale enterprise migration CRM platform from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (D365 CRM). This role will be instrumental in capturing business requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery. The role is positioned within a high-compliance environment for a banking industry client, where accurate process mapping and regulatory traceability are key to ensuring audit readiness and customer data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of both Salesforce and D365 CRM and experience supporting CRM transformation or migration initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team for all CRM-related requirements.Conduct detailed business analysis to capture as-is processes in Salesforce and define to-be processes in D365 CRM.Lead requirements for elicitation through workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews.Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Facilitate data mapping and assist in the validation of migration logic from Salesforce to D365 CRM.Collaborate with the Solution Architect to validate solution designs against business needs and constraints.Support UAT planning and execution by defining test scenarios, coordinating users, and validating outcomes.Maintain clear documentation for requirements, process flows, and traceability of matrices.Experience facilitating requirement workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and supporting change adoption activities.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience focusing on CRM transformation projects.Experience with any CRM to D365 CRM migration projects.Experience working with Microsoft D365 CRM (Sales and Customer insights (Marketing) modules preferred).Proven ability to document functional requirements, business process flows, and gap analyses.Strong familiarity with banking or financial services operations, and experience eliciting requirements in environments with strong compliance and data governance expectations.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business users.Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.   Regards, ManojDerex Technologies INCContact : 973-834-5005 Ext 206
