Rose International is seeking a qualified, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Helpdesk Representative.Location: Jefferson City, MO

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday (Occasional after hours and weekend work may be required)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting internal users with both software and hardware issues.

Use in-house trouble ticketing system to track issues.

Perform desk-side support, upgrades and updates on desktops and laptops (Windows and Mac).

Configure new PCs, printers and Phones for users.

Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.

Ability to pack and ship PC equipment (up to 50 lbs).

Ability to crawl, bend, and squat under desks to hook up and configure PCs and equipment as needed.Technical Skills:

Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.

Experience with Microsoft Teams, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with TCP/IP, Active Directory, and basic networking skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Must be detail oriented.
