The COBOL developer must have at a minimum the below:
o At least 7 years development experience with COBOL, CICS, and ADS/O. Any experience with Culprit is also preferred.
o At least 7 years development experience with flat files, VSAM, IDMS and DB2.
o At least 7 years experience with JCL and PROCS.
o At least 7 years experience with CA7 for job scheduling and setup of FTP jobs and MIC tasks. In addition to the core requirements above,be proficient in fine tuning and enhancing the performance of SQL jobs.
