The incumbent will also be responsible for generating construction loans. The Real Estate Loan Advisor will maintain and manage a TRID loan pipeline. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and achieving defined production goals for consumer loan products. The Real Estate Loan Advisor is active in external business development activities.We are seeking candidates who embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion in a workplace where everyone feels valued and inspired.What Youll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)Generate TRID (TILA-RESPA integrated disclosure) consumer loan products and construction loans. This involves advising on an array of consumer residential real estate products, including one-to-four family.Generate new consumer loan business by developing relationships and referral sources in the business community.Achieve defined production goals for consumer loan products.Develop new Consumer Direct Retail Referral sources through public relations, professional and internal bank referrals.Interview customers and accept loan applications. Close loans with customers as applicable. Identify and sell or refer other bank products identified during interview.Maintain and manage a TRID loan pipeline.Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.Responsibilities:Toolbox for Success:Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.2 years previous experience providing customer service in a financial services industry and/or selling products/services in a financial services industry required.Current NMLS Safe Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required.Solid understanding of all banking functions required.Bachelors degree preferred.Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.Physical Demands:The associate must be able to travel occasionally by themselves within the US, possibly overnight.
