Effective problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving maintenance concerns efficiently. Physical fitness to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working outdoors. Ability to collaborate with management and staff, showing teamwork and adaptability. Dependable and committed to maintaining the facility’s operations smoothly.
The onsite facility maintenance technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and security of the storage facility. This individual will perform routine maintenance, address repairs, manage supplies, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professionalism in tenant interactions.
