Own transportation (reliable and not ride share from mom , gf, cousin ) must be able to get to work on own accord.
Pay based on experience
Tool bag/belt with basic tools required
Tape, Square, utility knife chalk box
Must be willing to work from ladders and on roof.
I do not need another ground guy.
