I have several opportunities on my crew for people who are interested in building indoor storage units.
We will pay between 15$- 20an hour to start, with an opportunity for increases within the first 30 days.
Your starting pay will be based on 3 things:
1. Experience
2. Tools
3. Transportation
If you respond to this ad, we can set up a phone interview. I'll ask you a few questions to determine the level of experience that you have. They'll be specific questions about different aspects of inside storage units to see if you truly have experience.
The transportation is NOT a deal breaker as long as you're no further than 15 minutes from the jobsite.
We're a small (5 man) crew looking for new people ( men or women). I'm asking for drug free, alcohol free, positive independent contractors.
I pay cash or check every Friday. Nothing held back. No early draws. 1099. You'll be required to fill out a W2 and a Hold Harmless agreement before starting.
