Must be able to cover a 60 mile radius as needed. Our roadside assistance techs average $22-$44 an hour while running calls with opportunities to advance to accounts that average $44-$88 an hour!
Must be able to follow a schedule, those that don’t are promptly fired.
We have fired nearly 90% of our crew for not following the schedule or no showing for shift altogether repeatedly.
Good work ethic is absolutely mandatory and those who have it will be rewarded greatly!
