Job Responsibilities
Speak with clients to determine information needed to develop a strategy
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients
Answer client questions about the details of products and services
Follow up with clients to update information
Work closely with sales staff to increase sales
Assist marketing department in developing and launching new products
Manage account documentation
Maintenance of contact database for marketing distributions and customer interaction
Job Requirements
3+ years working as an Administrative / Sales Support
Experience in customer service
Experience with reports using Excel
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
