Job Description: As a Seasonal Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they receive outstanding service. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries regarding tax services.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
