Kryger Glass is currently seeking an Customer Service Representative for our retail call center. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest.
This is a full-time hourly position in a very busy call center in Downtown KC that includes benefits & vacation time.
We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency.
Hours are M-F, 8 am to 5 pm. Salary is $17-$19/hour, depending on experience.
This is an in-person position and NOT remote. We are a casual work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
> Talks with customers by phone to assist with auto glass installation
> Determines charges for parts requested
> Schedules glass technicians
> Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
> Other duties may be assigned.

> Customer Service Skills: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs
> Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
> Strong organizational skills & sales skills
> Is consistently at work and on time.
