Small growing Property Management Company looking to hire in Office Maintenance Coordinator.
This includes answering tenant calls, inputting work orders, and coordinating with the boss, vendors, tenants and property management software.
We are not able to offer benefits of insurance at this time but do provide a happy, safe, caring and supportive work and office family. Pay is EVERY Friday, and no travel or after hours necessary.
This is a 40 hour a week job, M-F 9am-5pm. No weekends typically, but take home emergency phone and check voicemails and texts periodically. This will be PAID time if worked. Training is also PAID.

If you are not organized, very good with computers, phones, texting, emailing and multiple things going on at once, don't apply. We are not looking for a maintenance technician, this is a coordinating desk job. :)

Pleasant phone voice, and phone knowledge
Strong grounded personality, not easily offended or set off. Able to calm a situation down if needed.
Office 2010 of above (word, excel) email (mail, google)
Interpersonal office skills, coordinating between vendors & tenants, and VERY GOOD follow-up skills
Direction Following, good listening skills, and note taking skills
Willing to learn our system, ask questions when needed, easy going personality, but with direction and did we mentionSUPER GREAT follow up skills.
