Infinity Roofing and Siding is hiring in the Kansas City area, and needs team members IMMEDIATELY.
Our team of storm damage specialists work with homeowners to restore their properties. We are looking for driven, energetic, and independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections. Our team members earn a commission on each completed project.
Infinity Roofing delivers the best storm restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 5 days. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Commission based pay structure
- Commissions paid on all completed claims (average commission $1,500-$2,500 per job)
- Monthly and quarterly incentives and competitions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be available and dedicate a MINIMUM of 3 full days a week during the training period
- Must be physically able to climb a ladder to inspect a roof
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE FORM OF TRANSPORTATION
- Willing and able to go door-to-door and interact with homeowners
- Independent nature, self-disciplined, and good time management skills (representatives create and manage their own work schedule once they have successfully completed training)
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
- Must be willing and able to self-generate leads as well as run office leads
- Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/videos during home inspections and to use company apps for job files
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE POSITION
-Inspecting and documenting homes for storm damage
-Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process and sign their restoration agreements
-Marketing and lead generation for new prospects
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
- Sales associates displaying excellent leadership skills, will have the potential of being promoted to Team Leader
- Team Leaders showing excellent management and leadership skills will have to potential of being promoted to Branch Manager
JOB TYPES - full-time, part-time
PAY: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
