Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a skill assessment and background check
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette, along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize tasks effectively
- A reliable computer or device
- Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment
- A strong and stable internet connection
- A quiet, distraction-free work environment

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Following orientation and the registration process, you will proceed with a background check and skill assessment. Once your application is approved, you can choose a company to work with and complete a training period. After certification, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule and begin earning on your terms.
