Founded in 2013 by Mike DiPasquale and Jason Moore, DM Law’s growth stems from the professional and compassionate legal representation provided to clients after a traumatic and sometimes life-altering event of a personal injury. Job Overview: DiPasquale Moore is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task. This position requires regular attendance; answering calls and fielding them, accordingly andassisting in various administrative duties as needed. Duties & Responsibilities:
Occasionally assist the Intake Specialists when needed
Answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls - as many as 200+ daily
Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and/or Case Manager by use of our electronic case management system, Neos
Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient
Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent telephone etiquette
Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred; call center experience a plus but not required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
Fluent in English; Bilingual a plus
