Yard SpotterUltimate LLC is immediately hiring a Yard Spotter for commercial projects in the Kansas City area . The pay range of a Yard Spotter is $18-$20 per hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Yard Spotter applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for carpentry work up to 40+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all spotters with no week in the hole.Ultimate Yard Spotter responsibilities
Assist with construction projects
Help guide equipment operators through the yard
Use basic hand and electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install basic carpentry task, temporary stairs etc.
Comply with construction / yard regulations
Ultimate Yard Spotter requirements
1+ years of Construction experience
18+ years of age
Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
Math, problem solving, and construction skills
Working to remodel trailer units
Will be asked to work in various scopes of the construction realm, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical
Extremely Safety Conscious environment will be monitored and audited for OSHA and PPE regulations
