Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Contracts Administrator in our international bank located in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. The chosen individual will be primarily responsible for drafting and managing legal documentation, vendor agreements, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This role will require a keen eye for detail, precision in data entry, and the ability to navigate the complexities of legal agreements and actions in the banking industry.Responsibilities: Draft, review, and send notifications related to changes in control and M& A related documentation. Manage and track assignments with consent to maintain vendor relationships. Work with templates to create and manage contracts and legal documents. Ensure legal compliance in all contract and paralegal activities. Handle the processes involved in M& A, including necessary documentation. Conduct data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. Address and resolve issues related to vendor agreements. Ensure all legal actions are carried out in accordance with bank policies and regulations. Manage the ramp-up process, determining what notices need to go where and what types of letters are required. Requirements Must possess knowledge and experience in managing vendor agreements. Expected to create and maintain templates for legal documents. Must be able to draft legal documents with precision and accuracy. Should have experience in corporate legal matters. Must have the ability to manage and negotiate legal agreements. Should have the experience and knowledge to handle legal action and disputes. Must ensure legal compliance in all contract matters. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
