Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Campaign Manager to join our Engagement Marketing team. This individual contributor will report to the CRM Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive email, SMS and direct mail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and business growth. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & ManagementAssist in execution of comprehensive email, SMS, and direct mail marketing campaigns from planning and setup to deployment, testing, and analysisManage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including audience segmentation, A/B testing configuration, deployment scheduling, and performance monitoringBuild and implement e-newslettersEnsure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standardsParticipate in relationships with third-party vendors used to execute campaignsCollaborate closely with content creators and graphic designers to integrate pre-written copy and approved visual assets into campaigns for optimal deploymentWork with the Content Director and Brand Strategy teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectivesPartner with the CRM Director and Digital Strategy teams to support broader marketing initiativesMonitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe ratesGenerate and present detailed reports to track progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimizationMaintain data quality and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulationsSupport the implementation of new CRM technologies and processes as directed by managementAssist with database management, list hygiene, and segmentation strategies
