Job Description:The ITG department of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect. The Enterprise Architect leads the development and evolution of the technology roadmap to support business strategies and oversees its implementation. We are looking for a team member who would enjoy working for an organization that strives every day to support the public good and make a difference. The selected individual is required to live within 100 miles of the Kansas City, Missouri office.Responsibilities include:
Assess new and emerging technologies to inform the strategic roadmap
Collaborate with teams to communicate a high-level vision of enterprise solutions and initiatives
Ensure that team and application strategies align with business and technical objectives
Promote continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps capabilities
Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns
Enable developers with consumable artifacts and practices that demonstrate proven methods
Work with teams to gain local context and perspective for requirements
Promote decentralized communities of practice to share learning and best practices

Minimum Education and/or experience required :
Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field and two’syears experienceor equivalent combination of education and experience.
AWS Certified Solutions Architector comparableexperience.
