Nexmos Design is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing successful events that align with our clients’ branding goals and our commitment to excellence.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and branded experiencesManage event logistics, timelines, and vendor communicationsPrepare detailed proposals, budgets, and post-event reportsEnsure all events are executed to meet brand standards and client expectationsConduct site visits and supervise on-site setup and breakdownLiaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless executionMonitor event progress and make real-time decisions to resolve issues promptly
