The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of technicians, providing a culture of safe work and have excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background.Responsibilities

Manage a team of field service technicians

Ensure that all service calls are responded to in a timely and efficient manner

Provide technical support to the field service team

Develop and implement training programs for the field service team

Ensure the safety of technicians and others

Monitor and report on the performance of the field service team

Ensure that all service reports are completed accurately and on time

Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met

Provide feedback on service standards, safety standards, and customers needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in managing a field service team

Excellent communication skills

Strong technical background in electrical or mechanical power systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to travel as needed
