PS Finance Transformation Senior Associate IIJob Summary: Provide financial management and budgeting support for the client's portfolio of communications, sensor, and surveillance systems and the infrastructure that supports them. You will also help the client prioritize the selection of projects by using a disciplined decision-making process that follows DHS and CBP guidance. Job Duties:Support spend plan development and manage execution.
Prepare dashboard summaries of each project's status according to obligation/commitment status.
Manage program financial and budget health.
Coordinate with Program Managers for Resource Allocation Planning (RAP) submissions.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.
Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance abuse, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred. Please note that only U.S. citizens are eligible for a suitability determination.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.Certifications & Licensures: Ability to maintain security clearanceExperience: Minimum of 3 years of related experienceExperience in financial management/budgeting
Experience working with INVEST and SAP
KSAs:Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to effectively solve problems.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
