8+ years of experience in creating functional design documents and leading design sessions
3+ years supervisory or leadership experience of large teams
3+ years experience in functional leadership roles, with a focus on onshore project management
3+ years of experience as a functional lead on an Integrated Eligibility project with the knowledge on State and Federal programs like SNAP, TANF, Medicaid etc.
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 20 -50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
