Works in collaboration with team members for ensuring timely review of, response to, and distribution of team mailbox e-mails. Responds to requests for actions with complex processing. Provides guidance to end users on processing. Works in partnership with other department team members on process improvements and projects.Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent in GED
2-3 years’ experience in Human Resources department support work
Experience in use of data management systems
Good communication skills
Experience working in a team environment
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload, provide timely follow-up and resolution in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn and effectively use new technologies
Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems
Preferred
Experience in use of the Workday system
1-2 years’ experience supporting a Human Resources (HCM) system, preferably Workday, in a tier 1 support role
