Data Drive – You’’ report on HR metrics as needed, performing personnel file maintenance and administering leaves of absences
Lead with Excellence – We want the facility to operate at peak efficiency. You’ll contribute to efficient operations by leading our Crew Scheduling team to ensure the scheduling process of employees in properly done according to the plant’s collective bargaining agreement
Collaboration is Key – You’ll have the chance to be “hands on” by partnering with shift operations to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, attendance issues and research grievances and complaints
Set the Pace – Getting new employees off to a great start sets the pace. You’ll be involved with the recruiting process for hourly hiring, preparing training materials and maintaining documentation for new hire orientations, safety training and job specific training
Your Recipe for Success
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as effective organizational and time management skills
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and work weekends as needed
High proficiency with MS Office, including MS Teams
Worked in a high paced manufacturing environment and SAP or experience a plus
