Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled and legally-minded individual to assist in organization and running of daily legal department operations. This entry level position is full-time, FULLY REMOTE, and requires occasional all-expenses-paid work travel. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working reliable individual able to undertake a variety of law office/litigation support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and a multi-tasker.This is a role for Apple power-users, must know iWork and be skilled with iOS and macOS.Everlight Solar is a rapidly growing company and the leader of solar energy in the Midwest. Communicate with clients

Conduct research and provide information to the Lawyer

Manage administrative responsibilities

Draft copies of legal documents

Confidentiality-minded

Requirements:

Excellent mathematical skills

General understanding of law office procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)

Experience in Federal and State litigation practice (A PLUS)
