With support from your Talent Acquisition Team Leads you will work with internal human resources teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts through sourcing of active/passive candidates. As you would suspect, you and your Talent Acquisition Team Leads willwork collaborativelywith HR leaders and C-Suites in your assigned Region to ensure open positions and future workforce projections are filled in the most time-efficient and cost effective manner.
