With support from your Talent Acquisition Team Leads you will work with internal human resources teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts through sourcing of active/passive candidates. As you would suspect, you and your Talent Acquisition Team Leads willwork collaborativelywith HR leaders and C-Suites in your assigned Region to ensure open positions and future workforce projections are filled in the most time-efficient and cost effective manner. Additionally, you willoversee recruiting processes, systems, manage vendor relations and help guide future changes to evolve Talent Acquisition within Prime Healthcare. In this position you and/or your team will be responsible for Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Hiring Strategy, Sourcing, Candidate Screening, Interviewing, Negotiation, Compensation, Job Market Analysis, Talent Pipeline, Employer Branding, HR Metrics, Full-Cycle Recruiting, Stakeholder Management and Regional Recruitment. QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2. At least 3 years of healthcare experience. 3. 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience. 4. Experience with ATS systems. 5. 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience. 6. Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills. 7. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, and time management skills. 8. Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment. 9. Ability to coach leaders and drive optimum outcomes. 10. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever. 11. Analyzing data and preparing reports.
