As a Remittance Processor II I , you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of basic and advanced Lockbox functions and will be able to meet high standards for production and quality. If you’re a stickler for details and are good at working fast, we’d love to talk. Essential Functions
Balance deposits and reconcile deposits to department reports
Deposit checks based on ICL totals that balance for file sent to transit
Perform quality checks on outbound mail
Assist in training of staff on specific job duties
Basic troubleshooting and escalation of system/department issues
Work independently and reach processing goals without the oversight of a supervisor or lead
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 9:00pm-3:30amKnowledge Skills & Abilities Required
Advanced knowledge of systems used within department
Ability to ask questions, identify opportunities for improvement, offer solutions to more complex issues, then retain information and apply details and logic to future situations
Ability to work collaboratively with peers to identify and resolve issues and accomplish goals
Strong decision-making skills
Interpret and follow directions across multiple accounts
Multi-task across functions as needed
Manual Dexterity and eye-hand coordination
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours and repetitive hand movement
10 Key by Touch (preferred)
Effectively communicate individual processing challenges to immediate lead/supervisor
Motivated and organized self- starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Advanced ability to navigate computer systems effectively
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
3+ years data entry or related experience in production environment required
