Professionally and positively serve as Starlights representative in interactions with clients, vendors, key stakeholders, board members, and guests.
Be the primary liaison between client and Starlight staff and vendors, and ensure accurate event layouts, equipment, catering, and staffing needs for events.
Coordinate unique events of many sizes including Starlights annual fundraising gala.
Prepare and execute event contracts with clients and ensure invoicing with Starlights finance team
Develop appropriate event-related materials including venue info, food and beverage, in-event signage, marketing campaigns, etc.
Work in Venue Ops/Momentus Elite software to keep client info and sponsorship activation current, prepare and execute contracts, maintain budget, and ensure event details and timely client payments.
Respond to event inquiries, conduct venue walk-thrus, provide rental packages, and book events that meet Starlights mission, vision, values and commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access.
