We are a leader in the Trauma-Informed Care Movement, and provide training, coaching and consulting to outside organizations.Job DescriptionThe manager provides effective and coordinated leadership in conjunction with and in the absence of the UHBH Director. The Manager has responsibility for ensuring that assigned bachelors degree and non-clinical staff are providing quality services while promoting evidence based practices. Ensures that all staff that report to them provide accurate and timely documentation of clinical services. Reports on performance improvement measures and oversees improvements. Provides fiscal management for treatment team. Works to develop and improve department, program, and service line outcomes.Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree from an accredited social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services program approved by the State of Missouri or a combination of a bachelor’s degree from a relevant field and relevant experience if hired into the position after July 1, 2023. (Staff hired into position effective prior to 7/1/23 may possess lower level degrees)

Two years experience; one of which was working directly with the behavioral health population

Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a willingness to work with multicultural staff and clientele

Completion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment.

If driving is a requirement for the employee, he/she must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment.
