Cooks: Applicants shall possess:
-2+ years professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
-knife skills, protein breakdown, general knowledge of high quality ingredients
-experience on a grill
-attention to detail and respect for the food
-well kempt
-timeliness and a sense of urgency
-good attitude goes a long way - will train regardless of experience
Great Starting Pay 19.00-21.00 based on experience
Evenings, Weekends, Sundays
