We are looking for a friendly, customer service oriented Shift Lead/Baker to bake, make ice cream cakes and oversee operations and workers during scheduled shifts. Shift Lead/Baker responsibilities include baking, making ice cream cakes, running the shift, assigning tasks, overseeing the tasks are done well, greeting the customers with a friendly smile, serving the customers, keep the work areas stocked and communicate in a positive way to the workers.
