Long, established general dental practice in the Northland, is looking for an experienced front desk manager. The office is modern, and very comfortable. The candidate must have knowledge and expertise in: checking in and out patients, scheduling patients and keeping the schedule booked, all aspects of the business of insurance, managing recalls, treatment plans, payments/collections, Eaglesoft, financial arrangements, usage of multi-line phones, e-mail/media, treating patients with care and professionalism, and being on top of all aspects in updating insurance and patient information. Creating a welcoming environment for patients is imperative, and showing a caring, attentive attitude to details is a must. The position is for full-time/part-time. Salary is competitive. Having dental assisting experience is a plus.
