We are looking for someone with Massage Therapy office experience or experience in a massage therapy spa/office. Dependability is key for this position as well as the ability to follow instructions.
Looking to hire an office coordinator for a Therapeutic Massage Therapy practice. Responsibilities would include
Check in and Check out
Processing credit card transactions
Office filing
Laundry duties of linens used( washing, Drying, Folding, Stocking)
Assisting massage therapists between clients changing linens and disinfecting tables and rooms
Assisting massage therapists restocking supplies
Selling massage supplies and prepaid cards (includes commission on any sales)
Massage Therapy Prepaid Card Sales(Commision applies)
Assisting management with special projects
Assisting with Payroll(Tracking and entering Therapist Tips)
Helpful if you have experience with millennium Scheduling Software
Must have experience in a Massage Therapy office experience , preferably either Massage Therapy or Physical Therapy. Schedule is 11-7 PM, Sunday, Monday 1-9 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13-17.00 per hour Depending on experience
